Akshita Pinapaty Becomes First Indian to Win Miss Teen Universal 2025

India, July 26, 2025: Akshita Pinapaty has etched her name in history by becoming the first Indian to win Miss Teen Universal 2025, held in Bogotá, Colombia, triumphing over participants from 17 countries. She proudly represented India on the international stage after being crowned Star Miss Teen India, a prestigious title under the leadership of Founder & CEO Mr. Sourav Anand (Rishi) and National Director Ms. Akanksha Thakur.

Akshita’s victory is not just a win for India, but a celebration of elegance, intellect, and purpose-driven leadership. A student at the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT), New York, she balances academics with active roles as Orientation Leader and Senator for the Cosmetics and Fragrance Marketing Department, where she advocates for youth leadership in beauty and fashion.

In 2025, Akshita spearheaded a week-long certification program focused on sustainable and ethical fashion, promoting artisan empowerment and conscious consumption. Her powerful speeches on cyberbullying and feminism have inspired global audiences, marking her as a voice of substance in today’s youth.

From excelling in modeling, dance, football, and drumming to serving as Cultural Head at Ebenezer International School for two consecutive years, Akshita embodies creativity and determination. Currently, she is building her luxury beauty brand ‘Chéri’, channeling her industry knowledge into a platform for innovation and inclusivity.
