Kenisha Awasthi is amped up for her Animal flow workout series “Kick It with Kenisha Season 2”

With people getting more conscious about their health and fitness with each passing day, new workouts keep popping up in the industry. The newest fad being the Animal Flow workout. Kenisha Awasthi is now all set to release her very own Animal Flow workout with Faraz Pallipat.

The series expected to be 6 to 7 episodes long, is with India’s no 1. Animal Flow trainer Faraz Palliipat. Kenisha had also launched her own app a while back which is gaining a lot of response from the audience.

Kenisha throws light on the workout style, “Animal Flow is ground based movement, made fun, challenging and effective. This system is designed to improve strength, power, flexibility, mobility, and coordination for all levels of fitness enthusiasts. Whether you want to workout on your own, train with a professional, or take part in group classes, Animal Flow has something for every body and I am excited for this Season 2 with Faraz.”
